Cold Coffee

This stands second to hot chocolate when we go to CCD.
Last Saturday we had a tempting desire to have this drink but we were lazy to go dress up and go all the way to CCD which is just a few blocks away. Asked my hubby to get a cup of ice cream from the store below and cladded my apron to whip this up. Adapted from
vahrehvahchef.

~* What U Need*~
Milk - 2 cups

Instant coffee powder - 3 teaspoons

Boiling water - 1 tablespoon

Vanilla icecream - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons (depends on your taste. I always prefer my coffee to be strong).
Ice cubes - 3 Instant coffee powder / whipped cream / chocolate shavings - for topping

How I Made It:

Mix the coffee powder in hot boiling water till smooth and without lumps. In a blender, add the ice cubes, sugar, espresso syrup, milk and vanilla icecream and blend till smooth. Pour in a coffee glass and top with instant coffee powder/whipped cream/ choco shavings. I used leftovers of Aero milk chocolate that my huss had gifted on V Day.

Thats Poby dear (one of my gifts) with the chocolates.

Every Thursday, the tiny record store that caters to lovers of techno, house, drum 'n' bass, and so forth hosts an in-store BYOB hang that features local DJs and bass fiends. Tonight's guest is the much-buzzed-about Falty DL (we like his remix of the xx's "Islands" in particular), who is likely to give you a mix of dubstep, two-step garage, house, and hopefully even some juke to sling back your after-work beers to.
