Announcing MCTR's first event - Love n Chocolate Fest and a giveaway

Hi buddies, here I am with my first ever event. I wanted to host a give-away for my first blogiversary. So thought of announcing it together with an event. The event has to be related to 'V' day when we are in the month of love. And what do you remember when it comes to Love and V day, ya you guessed it right - CHOCOLATE. Chocolate recipes through out the month of Feb. Recipes that you invented for him or created for family. Send in whatever you did with chocolate in the month of February. Milk or dark or white.... anything that suits you.

I actually wanted to be more specific... WHITE CHOCOLATE with STRAWBERRIES.. So anyone who is willing to take up this challenge, do try it out before 29th Feb and send an email to me with the subject reading "White chocolate and strawberries" and use the below logo. One winner will be chosen from the lot and will earn a special certificate, a special mention @ MCTR for one month and what more, a lucky prize may come your way.

Rules for the event:
> Send in any recipe that has chocolate in it (White, dark or milk.. it's your call) before 29th of Feb,2012.
> Archived recipes can be linked but only a count of 2 recipes per person is allowed and you have to re-post them again by 29th Feb.
> Please link back to this announcement page. The use of logo is mandatory as it helps spread the word about the event.
> Link the recipe using the below inlinkz tool. A roundup will be done by the first week of March along with the announcement of the give-away winner.
> If you have any issues in linking, please send an mail to myculinarytrialroom@gmail.com
> Non-bloggers can also send their recipes. Send out an e-mail with the event name, recipe name, recipe details and your name to myculinarytrialroom@gmail.com. Your recipe will be published here and linked back to the event.

And now onto the interesting part...
... No event will be complete without a giveaway and this being my first event, there is a definite giveaway. What else than a cookbook for foodies like us. So the giveaway is a surprise cookbook.

> Follow My Culinary Trial Room publicly / Subscribe to my posts by email or reader (any one)
> The winner will be chosen via Random.org and will be announced by the first week of March. A time period of 2 days will be provided for the winner to respond back. If failed to do so, a new winner will be chosen.
Note: The give-away will be shipped to addresses within India only. It can be your relative's or friend's address but an Indian address is a must.
