I learned making these chapathis from my dad… The chapathi dough is the one which we use regularly, only that the way we roll it out is different but quite easy. The chapathis are super soft and kids will love eating this.
~*What U Need*~
Atta / Wheat flour – 2 cups
Water – to
knead Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Atta / Wheat flour – 2 cups

Salt – 1 tsp
How Made It
Knead all the above ingredients to chapathi dough consistency. Set aside for atleast 30 mins.
Roll out as shown in the below pictures applying oil for each flip made.
Roll out in the form of a triangle.
Heat tawa and fry till brown and puffy on both sides.
Serve with any side dish. On tearing the chapathis, you will find that it separates into layers.
