Fiery Fried Chicken

I love chicken and this is my basic fried chicken recipe. When marinated properly, the outcome of this recipe is a juicy, moist and super yummy chicken which literally melts in your mouth.

~*Ingredients*~
Boneless Chicken - 1/4 kg

Thick Curd - 3 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder - a pinch

Salt - to taste

Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp
Red wine - 1 tsp (optional)

Tomato red color - a pinch

Oil - to fry

The Making:
Mix all the above ingredients and allow it to marinate for a minimum of 2 hrs. The longer you allow the chicken to sit, the softer and tastier it becomes.
Deep fry in oil. Pat the excess oil using tissue paper.

Serve hot with ketchup or mint sauce / chutney.
