I just cannot believe that I crossed 100 recipes and more than that I missed this celebration. I realized this only when Mr.A pointed this out to me. "Hey dear, I think u crossed 100 recipes and u forgot to tell me this". He who is used to me shouting "I crossed 50 recipes" or "I have 100 sweethearts following me" was surprised to see me missing this and hence pin-pointed it out. I have been sharing each of my milestones with him with so much enthu that even he enjoys whenever I reach a new one.
It was then that my eyes moved to the Blog Archive side bar. OMG I missed it. I missed posting a sweet for this. I missed celebrating it. Ahhhh.. I know that u guys think that I am making a big deal out of this. But seriously juggling between my ever-hectic work schedule and personal life has become a great deal for me and amidst this I didn't even dream that I would be able to keep my blog alive all these days. So crossing 100 posts is really a time to celebrate for me. And so I made this simple yet flavorful sweet and tweaked it to fit for the season.
~*What U Need*~
Milk - 2 cups
Mango Puree - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - a big pinch
Chopped pista - 2 tsp
How I Made it:
Take a non-stick pan, add the milk and in low flame boil till it reduces half in quantity (1 cup). Keep stirring during this time. Add the sugar and dissolve it completely.
Now add cardamom powder and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from flame and cool it to room temperature. Now add the mango puree and mix well.
Garnish with chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for few hours and serve. It is the best when had chilled. Tip: Serve them in shot glasses so that you can drain this delicacy down in one single gulp.
Note:
You can either blend the mixture in mixie (1 or 2 pulses) or mix it with a whisk for 1-2 minutes. I prefer the latter because I love the mango strands here and there.

Really delicious. Too bad the mangoes here in Rome aren't as good as the ones in India, they're too fibreous here.
