Paneer is easy to make at home and when made is fresh and delicious This was my Mom's idea and I executed it. The outcome was "delicious fresh paneer"
~* Ingredients *~
Milk - 500 ml
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp / vinegar
Now pour the mixture into a muslin cloth and show it under running water. This is to remove the lingering lemon flavor.
Your fresh home made paneer is ready. You can cut them into cubes or crumble them and use for stuffing. I used this to make Paneer Aloo paratha which was delicious. Recipe of the parathas coming soon.
