This is one tasty recipe which both the veggies and non veggies relish. Cauliflowers are cheap and plenty in this month of the year. Huss dear loves any fried items. So thought of making him some hot pakoras today evening
Serves 2; Preparation time - 15 mins
Cauliflower florets - 25 bite sized
Gram flour - 3 tablespoons
Rice flour - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon (Added to give crispiness)
Chilli powder - as needed
Salt - to taste
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - to fry
Mix all the above ingredients and marinate for 10 minutes. Deep fry in oil. Place in paper towel, drain the excess oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
